    Residential deals will earn you exactly 1/2 of what the company earns as its commission.  Closed commercial deals earn you a full 1/3 of the companies commission.

    We want to earn big and in the process so will you.  Company commissions vary- they can be a fraction of a percent on the total deal amount to multiple points on the total deal amount.  Again, we negotiate the highest commission possible and this leads to you earning the highest possible commission.

    All earned commissions are tracked through your backoffice.  Payouts are made direct to you from the corporate office twice a month.  Your earnings are reported to the IRS and you will be responsible for paying any income tax on what you earn.
     

  • Routine training and marketing materials provided
    Our niche in the industry is unique so we provide regular training on the services you promote through your website.  We have a huge collection of marketing materials and templates available so you do not have to create them from scratch.
